6/13/21 IRIPs have been updated and should be ready to print. Please remember the first step is to open the IRIP assessment and enter the data needed for the end of the year. The data that needs to be entered is any additional assessment/diagnostic info that you have on page 1 and student strengths and student progress notes on page 3. This will be posted on the Weebly as well!
Staff can then move to the report to download and print. All assessment and report numbers can be found here.
It is also important to remember that the IRIPs can only populate data that has been entered somewhere else. For example, if the end of year DRA box is blank, that is because no DRA was entered into the end of year MTSS assessment. This information can also be found on the curriculum Weebly for easy reference.
At this point, I would suggest staff print IRIP’s, review, and hand enter missing data. IRIP’s can then be copied for CA-60 and to be sent home.
****Should you have a student who has been identified as Tier 3 FOR THE FIRST TIME at this point in the year, they DO NOT need an IRIP.
